Tesco single red peppers
Comments
-
No , tesco INTEND the peppers to be sold at 55p and the staff reflect this intention however due to tesco's mistake they are , in fact, offered on the scales too (unless, of course, they sell more than one type of loose red pepper but assuming only one type of loose red pepper is available then it is being offered at 2 prices)
Well the only way to know who is most right in what they say is to find a similar example from the CMA and see what they decided, but i can't find anything relevant.0
