I think thats why when you subscribe - the magazines work out cheaper and because you don;t pay that extra bit - you don't pay that bit for the freebie. -
i don;t bother buying magazines or subscribe - they are usaually full of adverts - problems about other people and celebs - why should we worry about them - they've got money - but everyone has problems - who reads or cares about ours. anyone just spend some time in whsmith - you don;t get ccharged for browsing and you can get to skim all the magazines...... anyway.,,,,

The mascara has a small sticker on it which does say 'not for resale' but this can easily be taken off.

Touch wood - I always get the freebies despite having a subscription. It is certainly worth contacting [EMAIL="eve@servicehelpline.co.uk"]eve@servicehelpline.co.uk[/EMAIL] to report this. The telephone number is an 0870 one so I won't include it here :rolleyes: .

Also on page 244 of the mag..(if you haven,t fallen asleep by then)..you can ring up for a free copy of Good homes mag..worth £2.99. they ask you if you want the next 2 issues for 50p,but you can just decline and receive the free copy..
P>S. if you haven,t got the magazine just ring 08448480095 and quote GHFCEVO7 shown in the Eve magazine.

The subscription issue is a pain, but universal it seems. Thanks for the tip for the mascara though, have put mag by for when I'm on hols next week.

Me too! :jGot mine in WH Smith using a 'spend £20 get 500 extra clubcard points' - (I did buy other stuff too!). Qualified for a £5 off £12 spend on childrens books voucher! This will come in handy for DS too! Hooray! Stocking fillers galore!:T

Is this offer only on special issues or areas? i went into WH Smith today and the December issue was out with eva longoria on the cover but no mascara and no mention of it inside the American issue was underneath it as well so it wasn't as if it was the wrong country.
