The signs in place are ambitious for a reason to in trap you. A very unfair appeals system.
Did you miss the fact you go to Adjudication stage to win these, not give up when inevitably turned down at the first or second hurdle of appeal/challenge stage?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
