    Couldn't believe when I got this PCN after working in London, went back and looked at the signs etc and thought thats not really playing fair now is it.

    I copied and pasted the text as suggested and sent it off via their web site last week.

    Got a reply today PCN cancelled :T

    Great stuff!

    I won mine too (different facts, this was about a 'red route bay'):
    I have a case in at TFL Adjudication at the moment, for my nephew. Not the same facts but we will see.

    I now have yet another one in with another London Council re a suspended bay for one of my sprogs' friends...! I expect to win that one too.

    Almost all Council PCNs can be beaten, with the knowledge gleaned from pepipoo.

    You need PePiPoo for expert advice. Don't use a hotmail address to register. For whatever reason, it just doesn't work. Use a throwaway Gmail address.
