Hi Keith,
As predicted, I have received a email questionnaire from Gladstone stating they request for Special Direction for the matter be considered on paper work without a hearing. Should I agree to this? They have also attached their questionnaire N180 form already complete.

I have received a acknowledgement letter from the HM Courts and tribunal services dated 25th. There was no questionnaire attached and no specific date as to when I should return the form. Should I wait for their questionnaire before I send this N180 I have download from your link?
What I wanted to find out also was. Can I email the N180 copy I have?
also at the top left box Should I put the County court of the borough I live in? I searched and I do have one.:A0 -
Also how would I be able to specify dates I am not available, because I live abroad and won't be returning to London until for July and August only. There is not enough space for this information.:A0
