Haven't tried to paste in from word or a pdf, but I'm blocked via WiFi for some reason. And I know I've been on my best online behaviour!

Any ideas how to solve this?

There's no way of contacting site admin for technical issues, as the drop down doesn't give a box to type a message in.
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

    Switch your router off for a few minutes and then switch it back on. Hopefully your IP address will change if it's not a static one but dynamic as most are.

    I had a problem earlier and I sent an email to the address shown on the message saying I was blocked.

    No reply yet but I can now get on the forum as I usually do

    I had this about ten days ago and solved it by the router trick. But no idea why it happened.

    I just started to get 'the administrator has banned your IP address' whenever I tried to access the forum.
