I've "entered an incorrect user ID or password"

No I haven't. I was particularly careful so that if that message came up I would know it was them not me. (Had the same message during the Great Meltdown.)

Anyone found a better account to use that doesn't really require paying out on bills?

Working but slow for me too. Also, interest has been paid. First time I've seen TSB pay interest on a weekend.
I think that was one of the things that changed with the new system. Before, you got interest on the next working day after the 1st, now you are supposed to get it at 00:00 on the 2nd, irrespective of the day of the week.

I'm quite happy with TSB today.

Logged in successfully twice and interest paid today unlike Bank of Scotland.

Don't think I'll bother signing any petition.

Pester is apparently leaving the TSB according to news reports and will be replaced for the time being by TSB chairman Richard Medding.

BOS interest is not due until today, Tuesday. TSB interest was paid on Sunday, since the meltdown it has been paid on 2nd irrespective of what day it is.
