Hello all,
TSB online banking down yet again. Since this is my first post I can't post a link yet to my change.org petition to have him barred from working within the financial services industry

Edit: And I can't get through on the phone either...I'm held in a queue
Edit 2: And it's working again....
I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Working but slow for me too. Also, interest has been paid. First time I've seen TSB pay interest on a weekend.0

Hmm, yes, it's wrongly telling me I've entered the wrong username/password. Fortunately it worked just fine yesterday when I needed access.0

Must be nice being the CEO of a major bank.
You can bankrupt your business and the government will bail you out.
You can provide whatever level of service you wish and customers will still keep using you.
Your bank can commit financial crimes and you'll get a slap on the wrist and a fine you could pay off with your lunch allowance.0 -

Hardly the fault of a bank if customers choose to use them. We have a huge choice of banks, and even a switch service which makes leaving a bank a doddle. You can provide whatever level of service you wish and customers will still keep using you.
What financial crimes have TSB, or their CEO, committed?Your bank can commit financial crimes and you'll get a slap on the wrist and a fine you could pay off with your lunch allowance.0 -

I mean, in general, if you are the CEO of a bank that's how it works. Like rigging the Libor rates.Hardly the fault of a bank if customers choose to use them.
No indeed. That's what I mean. Customers just kinda stay with their banks no matter what happens, even though changing would potentially take minutes.0
