    i have 99 pages of photographs of signage that was present on the day from the parking firm.

    Nearly 100 pages just of photos of signs? Are you sure they are all real?

    Hi yes they are all real. Some are duplicates so every angle is covered.
    I was thinking that I could say there was nothing in the signage to say that the ticket should’ve been kept in case of machine failure. Or that is should be checked in case of printing errors. Or that there could be a discrepancy between the clicks on the various machines recording the information. Could that be a point to raise do you think ? Thanks again :-)

    Hi I have amended point 8. Added points 17, 23 and 25 to cover signage and land ownership. Also is point 26 ok I have made it less pushy as I don't want to rattle the judge. Shall i submit it now do you think it is ok ? Thanks again in advance.
