Glad you told me that, I was going to send it as signed for. :rotfl:
The Police send out speeding prosecution letters, etc. through the normal post and they are considered as delivered 2 days later. They specifically do not used signed for as they know people expecting a ticket may refuse to sign for them. Proving you posted a letter is good enough to prove delivery for the legal system.0 -

I am still waiting for a letter from them, so I can send my letter back to them.
I can't sort any rooms out until I know what to do with the bed and chair.0 -
The letter I have been waiting for arrived today.
Ikano want to finalise the account, and want me to confirm in writting wether or not
there are sufficient funds in the estate for payment of accounts as there is a remaining balance of £3,164.
Time now for me to send my letter.0 -

I would perhaps be a bit more vague such as "I believe the estate to be insolvent but you are more than welcome to make your own enquiries to confirm"0 -

Nobody would ever be administrating an estate.....they might be administering it though.
