My sentiments exactly nobblyned.
Why are the b******s for overcharging you? Thats a bit harsh isnt it? You were annoyed when the cutomer service guy spoke to you as if you were stupid. And were quick to point out that you were a graduate, so why is it ok for you to assume things about them and call them names.
Its a mistake, even though inconvenient, it has been rectified. Maybe you should wait til you give them a chance to solve the problem before you start ranting on here OP.
Some people just love to hate tesco, which is quite sad.0
