So its not sneaky to continue to over charge an existing customer knowing full well others get the same thing for over a third less?
An email explaining the change and how to switch would have been appreciated.
It's not overcharging, it's paying the price you agreed at the time. A subsequent reduction doesn't mean that your price comes down automatically. That is Sky's entire business model. The unaware or uncaring who pay the rack rate year after year subsidise those who negotiate an annual reduction.
They are a business, not a charity, that's how they maximise their profit.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
