Ideal World presenters are famous for talking SH*T and saying anything to get a sale.

You should have a read of shoppingtelly.com the Ideal World section.

Okay well thanks for replies. So their promises on air, get it home, try for 14 days and and if you don't like it send it back are not quite what they say.

Does their 14 day returns policy state that you can send back a phone that was damaged by the purchaser and still get a full refund?

Most SIM's these days are universal: you just press out the nano-SIM from the larger micro-SIM.
What network charges for a replacement SIM? Just order a free one and ask them to do a SIM swap to move the number. Tesco Mobile certainly don't charge for this.
Their returns policy does not cover items that you've destroyed by using the wrong SIM...
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
  • Thanks for help then. Some of you would be suited to the returns department of the shopping channel.

    Hashtag wet weekend in whitby.

    Good evening.

Well if we knew what answers to give then there wouldn't be a problem.

    Sounds like your fault OP.

If you think that the employees working in the returns dept of the shopping channel would expect adults to take responsibility for their actions then you are probably correct in your thought.

    Good evening.

Cool thanks for that, would you be prepared to put that in writing if we decide to go for a job at Ideal World.
  • None of you need me to put anything in writing. Writing seems to be a strongpoint here.

    Rude and unhelpful writing.

    Thank you and good morning.
