Hair is dyed as I have no dog walking or gardening etc to do today, decided to dress and glam up a bit. I wonder if DH will notice when he gets in from the paid stuff. About to do my nails.

    BTW - dailies are done!

Afternoon everyone. Well after being just a lurker for a bit I'm going to get myself into gear again. So I've made myself a little listy below xxx

Monday Mayhem ~ Krazy Kitchen s9756.gif

    Level One..
Clear the floor of unnecessary gibble
    Mop/hoover the floor
    Level Two..
Shine the sink and draining board. Make those taps shine and twinkle..
Wipe down worktops and wipe down all small electricals.
Rehome anything that is out of place
    Level Three...
Clean inside the microwave. A good tip is to heat up a cup of water in the microwave - the steam shifts all the yukky stuff on the microwave :D
Clean the window and windowsill. Rehome anything that shouldn't be there :D
Sort through your cookery books/magazines. Are there any that you don't need that are just taking up space? Rehome them to the local charity shop...

    • Deweb, don't forget those corners
    • Clean light fittings/switches
    • Wipe down the doors
    • Empty those smelly bins
    • Clean that cupboard under the sink!!!

Probably not going to get a vast amount done this week as I'm still very under the weather, and I have Cookie to see to. She's a pleasure to have as a guest, but very time and energy consuming. So will just manage what I can, if that's ok.

    Thanks for lists.
    Put slow cooker on.
    Went for a run.
One load through dw and other grotty pans etc washed up.
    Bird feeders filled.
Ironing taken upstairs - Mr N did a load yesterday.

Out this afternoon with mil to local flower festival and craft fair.
    Have a good day everyone

Thank you for the lists. I will be in, although today is already running away with me.

Welcome back, Mademoiselle. Welcome all new flyers.

DH and I went to the allotment for a couple of hours this morning - unheard of for him to come along, so I put him to good use. He might never go again!

WM is on its second run, and I need to hang towels outside to blow about. The kitchen floor is in desperate need, but will have to wait until tomorrow, so that it stands some chance of drying before someone wants to walk across it.

DH has a Big Birthday in a couple of weeks time. He has decided on inviting people to us. DD has made lists for me for the food etc, but I really need to get sorted with it. Minor panic is just setting in. At least all those invited know that our house is an excuse for Steptoe's yard. One day I WILL surprise them...

    Hi everyone :)

I found this site doing a FlyLady search. I actually have also been trying to not live above my means and live debt free for many, many years so maybe I do belong here.

Time to finish my coffee and do my morning routine and hopefully run my one errand in time. I'll try to be back with my Tadas at some point.

Kitchen cleaned, including sink. Space bar was only not working on the forum; back now.
Book finished - page turner -Paula Daly Just What Kind of Mother Are You? - worth a read. V. pleased because I appear to have my reading mojo back!
Bathroom floor mopped. DS's bed stripped and remade. Rubbish bagged and binned.
This morning (before 8:30 on cheap leccy) I ran the DW twice  (Sunday dinner) and WM x 1; but WM x 3 on line as I waited to line dry yesterday's.
    Ebay sale packed.
HHI so none until I get that lot *points* in.
Mystery space bar issue solved itself (classic IT fix)
