Need some advice on a buyer requesting refund for NAD

Thank you. No GSP, direct with RM. The last time I looked into GSP I was put off by something, possibly the extent or specifics of the cover available, can't quite recall.


Will keep updated, I'm still awaiting the return, postage costs were sent and eBay are stating not to refund until item returned. They have until 21st Sept. Unsure what happens in the event nothing is returned by then, I'd like to think case closed and no refund.

If the item doesn't come back then you should ring eBay and ask them to close the case "in your favour". The returns postage (assuming you did it via eBay) will not be charged and the buyer will be prevented from leaving any feedback, the case won't count against you.

Apologies for update.


Item was returned, exactly as it was shown. With little else to lose I opened a claim with Royal Mail, this was accepted a week ago and I received a cheque for full value + postage as compensation.


The buyer is blocked now.


Because of the unexpected outcome with RM I didn't proceed any further via eBay.
