Benefits and Tax Credits forum Sticky

The second post in the work and Benefits forum is a sticky with useful links. Unfortunately it is now very old and many of the links are missing or incorrect. I suggest it may be time for the post to be unstickied and retired. Obviously if someone wants to update it that would be great (but I am not volunteering).
Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.

I was asked by a number of people when I was BG about updating that sticky and was getting down to work on it when MSE dispensed of my services. But I agree the sticky is way out of date and needs updating with regards especially to Universal Credit, calcotti it might be worth messaging one of the remaining BG's over there with your suggestion failing that MSE towers.0

Thanks folks. Could you get in touch with a current board guide on that board about the sticky?
We'll take a look and make a decision on the board name internally in MSE Towers.

I was one of the people who contacted venison when he was board guide to ask if the thread could be updated.
As it stands many links are broken, those still extant give out of date information.
If MSE Towers lack the inclination to update on a regular basis, then it should (IMO) be deleted.
MES Towers linking to incorrect, out of date benefit information is not really excusable.
I have only come across the new board guides on a couple of occasions, I somehow doubt that their knowledge of benefits would enable a successful rejig.
Perhaps, then a new sticky with just a list of useful, authoritative, and accredited sites - adviceguide, Advice Now, turn2us, entitledto, .... etc..., rather than the more ambitious topic by topic headings.
I think a further sticky reminding posters that anyone can post comments on this unmoderated forum, may be also be helpful. Some questionable "advice" is often posted, which together with MSE Towers inability to distinguish correct Benefit advice from incorrect and misleading "advice", must invariably confuse posters.Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.0 -
