So you need to marshall this

1) The claimant is a stranger. Versatile is the alleged contracting party, and CVEL have no standing to bring a claim in their own name
2) Versatile is incapable of entering into, maintaining or offering contracts as it was and is dormant since before the material date.

also the company number is the same on both the ntk and companies house

so company with the number "xxxxx" was working , and making monies , forming contracts and paying staff , whilst telling companies house and probably the tax man that they were dormant , I suspect that CEL will have asked the DVLA for your details , maybe to short notice to check

the setting up and dormancy of this company would have been one of CELs "get out of jail cards" where they banned or shut down , all car parks contracts and staff would have been transferred to this brand name
