I am glad Steve Clark got this one cancelled, but yet again we have another one for his dossier (from an Aussie poster this time) exactly the same today, where - you guessed it - Smart Parking went straight to DRP letters.

For this repeated conduct (and people are not making it up, and we are not seeing the same pattern from any other PPC) Smart should be sanctioned and banned by the DVLA until they can actually manage to issue PCNs.
