Well, as you stated I'm not an expert but from what I've read on the threads. It's quite confusing to understand. However a windscreen ticket was given, they've sent a keeper's notice within 56 days, there is photo evidence on the keeper's notice. I used the list on the NEWBIES thread and they've mentioned everything on that list.

It's IAS. So would you suggest not sending the template? They sent the Keeper notice within time frame and use appropriate information.

Just above the template it says it covers both IAS and BPA members. It's after you send the template that differences kick in.

How are we to help with a system error on their side? Is there an email address you can use instead?

you should have told us all this in post #1 , that way we dont have to keep trying to extract the relevant information

UKCPM will refuse the appeal, but you submit it anyway, for the paper trail

now that you have this invoice , you have been "picked" to play their dirty "game" for up to 6 years , whether you like it or not

the choices once you have appealed are as follows

a landowner complaint asking for a cancellation of this pcn invoice

OR , pay up, in full

OR IGNORE the debt collector letters and eventually its likely that you will be be taken to court (usually your local county court) and you can argue your case in front of a judge (usually in a small room, sometimes in an actual court) - they have 6 years to do this

so if you are looking for a quick fix, there isnt one, you fell into their trap and they will milk it with harassment and threats of court and CCJ,s etc
