    Things are finally moving quickly.

    Probate now done and dusted.

    We're aiming for next Friday to exchange and complete a week later.

    Sorry, confused with a Flat we're buying for BTL.

    Our home is completing Friday week. We've decided not to move in until our building works are complete, current plans are December as we've already got permission

    At no point did they ‘unexchange’ though. Anyway, apparently it’s a mixup with another property, ok then!

    Got the keys on Friday and no nasty surprises.

    What an ordeal, but we have a lovely house, and over the coming months it will be turned into a lovely home
