Like you all here I googled a bit and found this thread below on a forum called "who calls me" at whocallsme.com/phone-Number.aspx/02031592507 - looks like the same company.
I know it's not much help but if we keep plugging away maybe something will turn up.
Our business is receiveing more than 5 calls a day from 02031592507. The recorded message states "Call Value".
I haven't bothered ringing them back. I'm just going to report them as a nuisance call. BT asked me to log each incident so they can make a trace....
I dont respect anyone who makes anonymous calls like that or text messages.
Caller ID: 02031592507
Caller: Call Value
Update: I have confirmation from BT's nuisance calls dept (0800 661441) that this number (02031592507) belongs to WorldComm....
They also stated that the caller is using a 'Power Dialler' to generate telephone numbers, it then calls multiple numbers simaltaneously and the calls that are answered are then put through to one of their call centre staff.
Today I get "This number is temporarily unavailable" when calling 02031592507
I have no choice but to update our telephone system to block calls from that number as BT nuisance calls dept were no help at all (apart from identifying the caller)

How lucky you are that your system can be programmed to block calls from a specific CLI. I suspect most cannot.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

Id NEVER buy anything from a company like this.
I pressed two only to be asked to remove me from any future dialling - young man said I can do that - I said do you have my number - at that point he hung up!
Id dearly love to call them back - anyone have a number?0 -
my question is why do BT refuse the option to block specific numbers?
I can only conclude they get some kind of payment of these companies to not offer such a service.0 -
I worked at call value until recently because I needed the money so apologies if I've called any of you. If you do get any more calls please try and be nice to the person you come through to - it took me a while to realise that call value as a company didn't actually exist and was mostly a smokescreen to not get fined by TPS.
If you have any questions I can try and answer them, but most of the people there are just doing their jobs and it's not their fault if you've had the call come through 20 times.0 -

Silvernewt, looks like you could make some money. This guy is offering a bounty for info on CallValue - who he intends to take to court (but he needs to know who they are first).
I can't post the link - but do a Google search for "revk callvalue".0 -
Had a caLL today from a guy who said he was from Call Value working on behalf of BT but would not give me any details. Guess it is another of their lies.0

Hello today i had a call from call value, I said to them could i call them back as i was very interested but did not know who they were.
They gave me ITalks details which are italktelecom co uk 0845 373 4290, when i called Italk they said that call value worked for them but was a seperate company, Yeah Right, but they said they would get my number removed. Italk and call value only supply phone line rental and calls not much use to me.
In have had calls from call value for the last 6 mths and tps now know what i know, the more people who complain about Italk and call value the sooner somthing will be done.
