callvalue ?

I got my first call from Callvalue about 10mins ago.
I asked them to take me off their call list (nothing more) but I'm expecting another around the same time tomorrow. I'm actually looking forward to it.
I might record my own boring message and play it to them.0 -
Please post all phone numbers from these scumbags as more pepole will be brought to this thread via Google.0

I would also like their contact details, as I am getting 2 or 3 calls per day to my cell.
There is no way to get in touch with anyone.0 -

I'm sick to death of this bunch ringing up 2 and 3 times a day in some cases, but like others after I've asked why they're ringing a TPS registered number get "we'll remove you" and hang up on me.
It's really boiling my pi** that a UK company can so openly flout the law!0 -
Please report them as mentioned above. I know it takes time but we have to do something.0

Well, we have 1,000 numbers here so everyone in the office is getting several of these calls and driving us all mad.
I am trying to get a nuisance call trace so we can get details and send them a bill, and a county court claim when the do not pay.
Note that if you ask who they are they say CallValue. If you ask "Is that CallValue Ltd" they say yes. This is a lie as CallValue Ltd does not exist (check companies house), so they are not only committing offences for cold calling against TPS, and calling with a recorded message without consent, but also fraud under the Fraud Act 2006.0 -
Why not get a group of 'victims' together and start a Class Action against them sue them for all they are worth!!0
-
This is UK and there is no such thing as a class action.
I have tracked the CLI of the withheld call (we're a telco :-) ) but it was from Laos, South East Asia! So probably faked as well.
I suspect the only way to get details is sign up and then cancel under Distance Selling Directive once we have the contract details from them. If I get any details I'll let you all know.0 -
Same story as everybody else (refused to give a registration number or address), i did manage to get him to give me a website of one of their 'packages', www .italktelecom.co.uk. (can't put links in) I rang them thinking they may be the same company but the person at the other end had never heard of callvalue. Maybe I should send them a message telling them callvalue are damaging their reputation with their methods.0
