Don’t cast aspersions just because you can’t be bothered to check the facts. From your other posts, I see this is not an isolated instance. If you have nothing valuable to add to a thread, then don’t bother.

The facts about this card (and others) are out there – for anyone not too lazy to look them up.

I chose the card after reading that article and comparing other products on the market for my needs.

I even posted some questions on the MSE forum prior to making that selection. Again, anyone could have looked up these posts up to satisfy themselves that the poster and posts are genuine.

Sadly, the lazy and uninformed tend to jump to invalid conclusions.

Anyone know who the 'new provider' is? They owe me money as I have a credit balance.

It is the old provider that owes you the money, you should contact them for a refund. Any new provider is unlikely to take over the commitments of the old provider.
