Doesn't even need to be a complaint formal or informal just something which could lead to a dispute which this situation is likely to lead to. The OP could leave it off and hope that the new buyers don't chase them for it but they leave themselves open to that risk if not declared

If you are going to try and be cheeky at least get it right it is a TA6. The TA10 is a furniture and fittings form :money:

going by this then, can I not chase the previous owners?

Unless they made an official complaint, no.

Like I said, they may have thought it was jolly pleasant to have children playing next door.

For gardens full of stuff that flies like call the environmental health department at your local council and they will make them clear it up.

If the house is a family house then a family buying it will probably not have the same problems. Although the children on both sides are now adult, we had a few years of the screaming & footballs in the garden. We are planning to move and both sides have complained that they'll probably get neighbours with screaming kids! funny how short their memories are!
To sell now you may need to discount, but if you can manage to move with less money it will be worth it I suspect for your mental health if nothing else. People do know that children grow up and nobody can ever be really sure who will be their neighbour in a couple of years

You could but it is difficult to prove if no formal complaints are raised and given the time that you have lived there not bringing it up until now would count against you.

If a buyer sees your house after you had cleaned up the neighbours garden and taken there dog and kids out just for the viewing so thinks it is all quiet next door. But then moves in and finds out what you had done in order to sell they may try to come after you.

Given no formal complaints were raised by you the risk is lessened that they would come after you and be able to prove anything but there is still a small risk that it could happen and prevent you from fully moving on from the property.

Invite the dog and neighbour round to the house for viewings - That way the buyers will think you're all moving out together

Sorry, not at my brightest today, but at least I knew it was a Taunton postcode. :)

Anyway, what I said was relevant. What's the use of worrying about the TA6 when people aren't even biting?

I know you want to sell now but then it might be easier to sell in Autum and winter when it is rainy and cold as the kids (and perhaps even the dof) won't be outside...

when we bought the place, there was no sign of a dog, no sign of any kids, nothing, and we had several viewings and also visited the place multiple times to get a grasp of the street, nothing.
Coincidence, or had your sellers come to some arrangement with the neighbours?
