Is this classed as invasion of privacy?

The suggestion was made possibly with an overtone on my part however I guess all forms of anti social behaviour have to start somewhere and maybe if the OP is getting no joy in the parents sorting it out and having a word with their children the intervention of a uniform might help....
If it were me however I would make sure I went out and watered my plants with the hosepipe each time the kid stood there and stared, hed soon get fed up of a pipe with a slightly skewed aim
 (hose pipe ban dependant)
As I said sarcasm does not travel well on forums and suggesting that assaulting a child is the answer is just silly.
(unless the question is: How do I get a criminal conviction and ostracised by the community in 60 seconds or less)0

            The answer is no.
What you do about it is in your hands. Personally I would engage with the kids, have a chat with them about something neutral - do you or they have pets? If you're not the mysterious neighbours next door, you may find you cease to be interesting.0

What a load of rubbish thrown together to appear legitimate.Deleted_User wrote: »
The whole article mentions ONE act of parliament (and it's the wrong one!).0

No, we are not nudists, just two people who enjoy our privacy.
There are no disputes with said neighbours. To be honest i think the boy has some behavioural issues, he is constantly being shouted at by the mum. The dad is round there often but i think they are separated.
Wasn't planning on making an issue out of it, just was interested to know if what he is doing is actually classed as invasion of privacy.
If it bothers you close the curtains.
maybe he is lonely. Go out and make friends with him.0

+1 for close the curtains. Around my tight knit little community of 19 houses that is code for don't knock, i'm not talking yet lol0

This article is absolute garbage, but I guess that's what comes up on google.Deleted_User wrote: »
Which law am I breaking by running my washing machine on Sunday?
Noisy kids in the yard? That's surely illegal...0

There isn't anything you can do so either get over it, close the curtains, speak to the parents, try and speak to the child himself or all of the above.0

My family and I have just moved from a beautiful house in the country (which I designed and build), to a house in the middle of a close by estate ( which I had bought to renovate for profit) after realising they were playing out more when they came to visit me working.
 Ok. Not relevant so far.
The fist thing I did was say goodbye to my privacy in the countryside (so many windows facing us), put some clothes on and then put a trampoline and climbing frame in the garden.
The kids have never been happier. I'm not sure how I would react if a neighbour complained about this. I would probably add a dormer window to the roof within permited BR allowance and let the kids move into it.0
