OP if you are genuinely that worried about it have a word with your local community policeman.
Because that's what the police are for.....0 -
Its all good and well saying 'they are only kids' when you are not the one having to put up with it!
No, we are not nudists, just two people who enjoy our privacy.
There are no disputes with said neighbours. To be honest i think the boy has some behavioural issues, he is constantly being shouted at by the mum. The dad is round there often but i think they are separated.
Wasn't planning on making an issue out of it, just was interested to know if what he is doing is actually classed as invasion of privacy.0 -

When the boy looks over, do you ignore or react?
If reacting, then you are making it worse.0 -

To be fair, the OP hasn't actually said that they think a crime is being committed (though it's not clear what relevance they think the concept of "invasion of privacy" has).need_an_answer wrote: »OP if you are genuinely that worried about it have a word with your local community policeman.0 -

What do YOU mean by an invasion of privacy, because I'm not sure what you mean by 'classed as'Deleted_User wrote: »Its all good and well saying 'they are only kids' when you are not the one having to put up with it! - You could put up a taller fence, talk to the parents, or accept that infrequently there may be a small interference with your privacy.
No, we are not nudists, just two people who enjoy our privacy. - so close the curtains?
There are no disputes with said neighbours. To be honest i think the boy has some behavioural issues, he is constantly being shouted at by the mum. - he's a 10 year old boy... The dad is round there often but i think they are separated. - because that's relevant..?

I suppose the question to the OP is over whether they feel there is a level of intimidation being carried out.
The suggestion was made possibly with an overtone on my part however I guess all forms of anti social behaviour have to start somewhere and maybe if the OP is getting no joy in the parents sorting it out and having a word with their children the intervention of a uniform might help....
If it were me however I would make sure I went out and watered my plants with the hosepipe each time the kid stood there and stared, hed soon get fed up of a pipe with a slightly skewed aim
