Hi, I don't know if anyone has had this. But when i first got my Virgin contract, i was told that 0845 numbers were part of my inclusive minutes. I have just had my latest bill and been charged £16.32 for ringing these numbers this month. When i contacted them they told me it all changed in the beginning of June. I was never notified. Surely they should notify their customers and not just start charging for these??

Maybe you didn't dial them before. The only contracts which included them that I wasvaware of was SOME T-Mobile ones. Although Virgin uses their network it has its own contracts.0

Then the OP might have a case IF they can prove they did AND weren`t notified of the change.0

I was under the impression that Virgin Mobile has stopped including premium rate 084 and 087 numbers in allowances more than a year ago.0

OP are you sure you're reading all Virgin's letters and bills thoroughly, it's not unknown for such letters to be treated as junk mail and disposed of unread0

I didn't know 0845 087 were ever included contact or other. Pleased that they included 0800 for PAYG some years ago...Free thinker.:cool:0

I think they changed it when they moved from 3G to 4G back in 2016. Don't know if they moved all contracts at the time though, perhaps they've been easing them all in?0 -
My T-Mobile contract continued to include all 08 numbers up until a month ago when I terminated it.0
