    Always someone elses fault eh?
Still happy to have vehicles with car size+ blind spots and say well thats just how it is.

Not happy to have them at all but unlike you I understand the laws of physics. These blind spots I mentioned above have been created because lorry haters like you complained because it was the lorry drivers fault cyclists who were deliberately placing themselves in danger came a cropper.

Blind spots can be near eradicated.
I think you should keep your cycling bias to the 20mph thread, theres a couple of posts waiting on your 'professional' input.

you do seem sure though. were you there?
I am also guessing the OP is female.
but it seems no one reads posts properly any more

We have a limited amount of information in the OP, but we can come down on one side or the other.

The OP said "I am still in my right lane", that is the phrase which shows guilt.

Or it means in the right lane,as in correct.
We have a large roundabout near here where the roads are marked with spiral lanes.
So theoretically you are in the 'right' lane from when you join the roundabout and follow the lane markings

The lane that the lorry entered was clear, the OP changed lanes without checking to see if its clear, he failed to see a lorry.

While I appreciate the OP's description has been ambiguous and leaves much to be desired.....if the OP is still in the right lane then she didn't change lanes as your earlier post stated and therefore the statement about still being in the right lane does not show guilt.

Yesterday morning approx 9.50am I was following my partner in his mini as he was taking back a rental van. He stops at the round about right hand lane to take the third exit of a big double laned round about. He sets of its very quiet and clear weirdly. I then stop look indicate and it’s clear so I set of I pass the second exist I look left and indicate ready to take my third exist I am still in my right lane following the lay out and to my left I see a lorry coming straight at me out of the second exist . Without any time I get hit in my left passenger door, which my two year old was in the front passenger seat, she was in her car seat with the air bag off - law requirement. We were lifted up six foot in th air and flew backwards into a lamp post. The lorry has come straight in to the round about expecting to go right around the round the round about in the left lane as I was making my exit. My 9 year old was in the back behind me. Thankfully we only have cuts, bruises and whip lash we are alive the car is mangled. My partner watched it happen in the rear windoe as he was waiting for me to make the exit and I disappeared behind a lorry to come flying out backwards. Which sound very unreal and I can’t remember it at all.
The driver said to my partner it was my fault he said “He was in wrong lane but He was indicating” I didn’t see him at all untill he was hitting me full force to my left passenger door sending me into a spin antic clockwise. He just appeared out of no where. He didn’t have a trailer on the back and i suspect he was trying to get out of the junction he was in very quickly and looked right and not notice me in front.

    What is your guys opinions?
Just for the record. it can’t be serious after flying upside down six foot in the air and hitting a lamppost!

If the OP was in the 'correct' lane and stayed in the 'correct' lane and the lorry crashed into her car, without her changing lanes, why would she come on her and ask who was at fault?

She was in the right lane, was indicating and has said "as I was making my exit", the accident happened.

Perhaps because sometimes after a traumatic event you start imagining what you could have possibly done differently? Really I think the best person to answer that question for you would be the OP.

Anyway, what the OP said is this:
I pass the second exist I look left and indicate ready to take my third exist I am still in my right lane following the lay out and to my left I see a lorry coming straight at me out of the second exist . Without any time I get hit in my left passenger door

So it very much sounds (to me at least) like the HGV failed to give way to traffic already on the roundabout rather than HGV being in the left lane and OP cutting across them.

But she also said the lorry was "expecting" to go around in the LH lane.

Unless she is a mind reader, that suggests it was in the LH lane when they collided.

As an aside, she also said both she and her partner stopped before entering the roundabout when there was no traffic, so maybe not the best drivers in the world.
