Hello,

I have a problem.... i think...

with all the hassle I had i think i made a huge mistake. In claimant section on my documents i stated BW Legal (on Behalf of Armtrac") instead of KBT Cornwall Limited.
What should I do? I didn't file with Court yet - will be going there tomorrow.

Already sent the files to BW Legal today.
I know it's a stupid mistake but I am literally going backwards these days.... pls help

That won't matter. Just change the Claimant's name on the court's copies to KBT Cornwall Ltd before you take it to the court.

/would BW Legal not make a big hassle about it though? that their document states something different than the court one? after all i printed/signed them...?

should I hand amend the court one perhaps and let BW Legal know via email so that they see what they were and send them copies of the hand amended ones?

I know they will not be there but I think i've seen that they will be represented by an advocate...

I posted files to BW Legal by mail as well, just in case. After that I spotted the error. Perhaps it is panicking too much but would it be ok to email them with the statement that this will be corrected? would it do harm?
