Money Moral Dilemma: Should I pass train compensation on to my employer?

Not a chance.
I would keep it
It is compensation, as others have said, it is YOU that waited. I wouldn't even think to question whether I should keep it or not ..I just automatically would.
Pretty savvy of you, if you ask me.The opposite of what you know...is also true0 -
This happened to me, and as I travel in work time I claimed the extra hours off of work. The compensation went to work - no dilemma as the extra hours of time off in lieu were more valuable to me.
Actually I didn't claim the compensation myself - just handed tickets and details over to our administrator and pointed out she could claim compensation if work wanted to. A cheque came with my name on, but that was easy enough to sort out.But a banker, engaged at enormous expense,Had the whole of their cash in his care.

You were inconvenienced, not your employer. The compensation is for you.0
