I had been staying in a property for almost 2 years.
My shower curtain become yellowish and my cleaner said that it was unable to clean it.
Do I need to buy a new one to replace it OR it is consider as "wear and tear"?
Obviously no hole on shower curtain, just become yellowish and black dot on it.

It depends on why it has yellowed, how often do you wash it? Is anyone in the house a smoker?0

New shower curtain is £5. I'd just get a new one0

No smoker at home.
Become yellowish due to water.
After I shower, I just open it to let it dry naturally.0 -
I'd replace it.0

You could try washing it with a capful of bleach or replacing it, they're not expensive.0

I hate to replace as my landlord does not do any maintenance on it, even delay in maintenance0

Might as well try and wash it first? Does it have a label on it for washing instructions?

Your choice but that sounds like a case of cutting off your nose to spite your face. As has already been said they're not exactly expensive anyway.0 -

That's your problem then, just letting it dry naturally, it will be full of mould/damp spores causing the discolouration. You've failed to keep it adequately cleaned so have caused it to discolour. You can try washing it with some bleach but it may already be too late for that and will leave it patchy. As others have said a basic white shower curtain can be bought for £5, possibly even just £1 in a pound shop.0 -
Budget hotels just bin and replace shower curtains rather than faff around trying to clean them.0
