Please check the date that was posted. Much has changed in the intervening period. It was great at the time, but is no longer referenced for use now.I have been following the "Letter Before Action? Letter Before County Court Claim" thread on this site by zzzLazyDaisy, which has been very informative on the subject.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

From what I have read from the newbies thread, I can see that I have to email the firm's Data Protection themselves and ask them for a SAR? I'm assuming I send this to Elite Management (Midlands) and don't respond to Gladstones.
