Quick post from me I've got lots of news to catch up on.

All is well with me. We did make it to Devon after having 'words' Sunday evening. The drive down was uncomfortable for both of us but we did what we usually do when we have words...Decide to draw a line under it. There are no winners or losers, nothing gets sorted we just move on.

Don't laugh, we bought one of the portable air conditioning units with us. . Glad we did as its been so hot. We haven't been able to take the hounds on the beach or anywhere really as its been so hot. They are fine in Barbies jeep as its air conditioned but its too hot to take them out for a walk. They have had to make do with short 5 minute walk on the site grass. Wasn't my idea to bring the air con but glad we did for the sake of the much loved hounds.

Grump is moaning how much more fuel his new all terrain tyres are costing him but on the whole he's enjoying the break.
