Wonder how long it is since she passed the driving test; six points is a ban for newer drivers IIRC. It looks like two or three offences are pertinent there. Basic dishonesty and contempt for the law if the charges are true.0

I had open my copy of the Daily Mail - apologies.
If found guilty she should not be allowed to serve in any form of Govt.
How's that you leftist liberal?
As a lefty I'm ok with that.
I'd also extend the same rule to anyone found guilty of anything like, ohh, let's say, electoral fraud for example.0 -

LOL I was just joking about political allegiances BTW.
On a serious note I agree. Any form of fraud is a criminal offence and should stop anyone from holding any form of office or working in any form of Govt. Police Force etc,'Just because its on the internet don't believe it 100%'. Abraham Lincoln.
I have opinions, you have opinions. All of our opinions are valid whether they are based on fact or feeling. Respect other peoples opinions, stop forcing your opinions on other people and the world will be a happier place.0 -

I’d be really radical and include expenses fraud.0 -

Like forging receipts because you "thought it might be seen as excessive" as a single item?
Yep, I can go with that.0 -
There'd be no one left!0

After Labour got Toby Young kicked off a review body because of comments he made 10+ years ago, they quietly let Jared O'Mara MP, who had been suspended since October for comments he made 10+ years ago, back into the fold 2 weeks ago (though he's since quit as a Labour member claiming his disabilities meant it was ok to make homophobic and misogynistic comments).Sam Vimes' Boots Theory of Socioeconomic Unfairness:
People are rich because they spend less money. A poor man buys $10 boots that last a season or two before he's walking in wet shoes and has to buy another pair. A rich man buys $50 boots that are made better and give him 10 years of dry feet. The poor man has spent $100 over those 10 years and still has wet feet.

I would suggest any kind of offence that involves some kind of dishonesty.......
People make mistakes but in certain professions you can't expect to be caught lying and still have any credibility.
So those caught touching children are ok with you unless they lie about it in court?0
