Banks have an anticipatory duty to consider how disabled individuals are going to access their services. Not providing a digital means of contact when it would be incredibly easy for them to do so is grounds for violation. Hence, the funds were collected due to a violation of the equality act.Capital One - 950/1400 :eek:

No word from Halifax yet, still waiting on snail mail. Will keep pushing until they agree to implement an accessible way for their customers to contact them as per required by the equality act.
Didn't get much use from this thread in terms of resources, more just me repeatedly trying to explain the differences between neurotypical levels of difficulty completing a task and ADHD levels. If anything it helped me structure my complaint to Halifax more coherently so thanks for that!
