Well I hope you or anyone else you care for are never delayed assistance because staff had to do a full circuit and perhaps wait for a courier to finish his delivery.

Or delayed because the ambulance driver was catching up on a little shopping spree.

They were getting water on a warm day. They had had no food since start of shift. Wouldn't you agree that they should be in the best form they can be to do their job? That's not a shopping spree. Get some perspective.

No doubt even if they were REAL yellow lines they would have done the same.

Use 2 bays, while still probably liable for a ticket for not "parking within the lines" at least they wouldn't be blocking access on the road.

    Have you watched the video?

The only way they would possibly cause an obstruct would be to a fire engine or lgv leaving the car park.

In fact the other ambulance passed them with plenty of space.

There’s always a chance anything bigger won’t get into the car park

Yes I've watched the video all I see is a paramedic having a go at a parking ticket attendant because she is going to get her !!! kicked by her boss.

No the other ambulance went the other way round the car park probably because they knew they couldn't get by. Not sure if the car park is one way, someone else will need to confirm that.

You can also notice pedestrians trying to cross the road ahead of the ambulance with their view obscured of the road because of the ambulance parked there.

So where can she "legally" park? You might want to substitute legally for in accordance with their made up rules.

I just hope next time that parking warden gets a good shoeing the police and ambulance park somewhere where their not breaching their rules (on a nearby public road) and walk at a sensible pace to his assistance.

And pedestrians leaving the store having to cross in front or behind the ambulance? Obstruction doesn't just mean to vehicles.

Why do you think the lines were painted there in the first place?

Now you are being silly. That would be dealing with an incident and they should park where they need to.
