i guess it will, yes....

I know none of you have a cystal ball but I would be very grateful for a bit of advise (and I promise I won't hold you to it;))

I'm going to Florida in 4 weeks an looking to change around £1000. Do you think I should do it now or do you think it will pick up a little before then?
