  • I have to say once you use the elecy trolley it's easy to see why they are popular, i have a motocaddy S1 but use it normally only on medal days and the odd Sunday game and carry my bag for midweek bounce games.

i can't be accused of being fairweather. i go out in any weather. the wetter the better. means the course is empty!
I have an electric trolley. bought a cheapish one off ebay. does 36 holes on 1 charge.

i'm surprised it was possible to golf when you were a lad... with all them horses pulling the ploughs and rollers around.. i'm presuming it was before the age of the motor engine ;):)

You're gpoing to miss them sarnies when you move Neil aren't you. What's up with the bread in the states? Why can't you get a good thick sliced loaf? And don't get me started on the bacon. 1000's of different varieties but all bleedin streaky!!!

some grocery stores are baking their own bread now. it's much nicer and fresher!
don't get me started on the bacon. you're correct that it's all sh1te.
was in NZ with an american colleague. he was very disturbed by the bacon there. it was the same as we get here.
his comment was "this isn't bacon, this is ham!"
