Just picking up on your comment about a month for a mortgage. my son moved to Matthews (near Charlotte NC) last August and he and his american wife had to wait at least 6 months to get a credit rating from Bamk Of America before anyone would look at them:T

I was in the US in January and I've done all the pre-application tests.
I have a loan waiting for me from Wells Fargo if required. But I'm buying brand new so getting a mortgage from the builders (Maronda) as they are offering a better rate. I've done all the pre-application stuff with them too and they say there's no problem getting a loan either... he says crossing his fingers...0 -

nah... got another estate agent on the job at the weekend. she's a bit of a straight talker... but at the end of the day said give her 4 weeks. if she can't sell it then i might as well rent it out.inspector_monkfish wrote: »any bidders on Rugeley Castle?
