yes we did, filled in all the details, got a reference number, then told that the "session has expired", phoned their Customer Service, got told to email copy of passport and driving licence. Asked if the exchange rate would apply and was told "oh we are looking into that at the moment"
So I told them to cancel my application.
Good way of "dragging" in more customers, then telling them that the rate is lower.
I will stick to Fairfx, really friendly good service.

As our daughter just said "it was too good to be true mum....."

trying to do it but got same error message. Rang them and they said I need to e-mail a scan of my passport. This will be looked at on Monday and they will not honour the rate !

Are you going to go through with the card?? As I said before I am not bothering, wonder if the posting of the wrong rate was deliberate?
Their rates for these cards are never very good.

no, but have sent them a copy and said I trust they will honour the rate as it was at the time of my application. I doubt they will but it is worth a shot !
