mistakes happen, postie made the first and then neighbour probably opened it without looking at who it was addressed to

What's with all the the negative comments i posted on here because i thought i would get some proper advice on the matter it seems not.

If your wife can't read part of the letter, ring the Consultant's secretary and explain and ask them to read it out or send another.

What is causing your wife's distress, that she can't read part of the letter or her neighbour knows about her medical condition.

Listen we can get another letter sent out but that's not the point is it .

You have no consumer rights in this instance, as there is no consumer issue at stake here, ergo you have posted on the wrong board.
