    But the NEWBIES thread now says not to use that old 2017 template reply to a LBC. You will see the advice is not to reply like that to an LBC.

    Reading the above got me thinking back to what Fruitcake mentioned what are the chances they would of had to remove all of my data now it has passed the 6 months ?

    Also, noticed a thread for similar case just a shame they still have not updated there actual court procedings...

    Of course they don;t have to remove your data after 6 months. I did say that:
    you need to know that NCP will likely sue anyway as this was a contractual charge, not a penalty. The case will not 'time out' like a penalty one would. A parking charge is not a byelaws penalty.
