NatWest MyRewards changes?

Hi - have NatWest recently changed (removed) a lot of their best MyRewards exchange deals? I was about to cash in a load of Rewards for an Ernest Jones voucher but this option seems to have disappeared since I last checked a few days ago... and the only remaining redemption offers seem a lot less generous than previous ones. Anyone got any info on this, or whether Ernest Jones vouchers are still available through NatWest MyRewards? Haven't seen any communication from NatWest about this - sounds a bit like the recent Clubcard stealth changes! Thanks!

I'm with RBS, but while E Jones has vanished I can see: BA (Avios exchange), B&Q, Cafe Nero, Cineworld, Currys, Debenhams, House of Fraser (spend it quick!), M&S, Pizza Express Red Letter Days, Spa Breaks. Many of these appear similar to the last time I looked (~month ago), eg £90 for £100 voucher. M&S and B&Q are new I think and are slightly different - they give 5% Rewards for pound for pound redemption.

I used to use mine to get double value at Boux Avenue. Then the offer disappeared, before re-appearing about six weeks later.

In a nutshell, I think they come and go, so just need to stay alert to weekly changes.
