Parking Ticket-Fine-Or Scam??

Hi. Would really appreciate heads up on what my best 'next steps' should be with this.


Should I contact them and ask for a record of all correspondence in this to date? Someone said 'never ring them' - but there is no email address for them, (unless you are a corporate customer looking to use their services).


The email I received from them is a 'no-reply' address.

You should get a POPLA code when they finally reject your "appeal". That is the aim when you appeal anyway so no damage should have been done.

The Newbies thread, at the top of this board, gives instructions on how to construct a POPLA appeal which should see this off for good.

I'll have a look at that as it may give me pointers on what the grounds for appeal are in my situation. Tempted to take issue with any post of mine been opened by others, if that turns out to be the case, but one issue at a time, I suppose!!

Hi all,

Just wanted to give a quick update on this - I have heard no more!

I don't know if that means that there is nothing else to hear, but I can confirm that I have had no further emails or contact from them.
