Did you get a Notice to Keeper? This sounds like a scam.
Did you update your V5c? Is it your current address on it? Look at it, don't guess.0 -
I HAVE NOT made any such appeal as referred to in the email I received
Their appeal period is 35 days, approximately the period of time it has taken them to contact me by email
please state the full date that this incident occurred , as UKPC were banned from DVLA access starting before 29th april and going on after after 22 may , give us the date and we can double check0 -

I have read the Newbie Sticky but have found nothing similar to mine. I will try to keep as clear as possible. This all only came to my attention for the FIRST time when I received an email last week.
Post One of the Newbies Sticky outlines your situation exactly.
A couple of years back, we saw a spate of laughable scam emails originating in China/Central Asia, purporting to be from PPCs - If it is those guys starting-up again, then the Techie or PVW forums would be more appropriate.0 -
Hi. I will dig out my V5c when I get home this evening and double check. The date in question was 6th of June.0

Oh God, sorry, I meant to post the contents with my description, sorry. They have my full name, which is worrying! I have tried to ring them a few days ago, but this can only be done between 11am to 1pm, which is crazy, "due to staffing levels"! I was position number 9 in the queue and after 25min I got to position 6 at which point I had to end the call and return to work. They have the cheek in their recording to suggest to 'call back later'!! Wording of email below with my name omitted. -
