Account/profile link needs to be more obvious

I just signed in and used the site for the first time in a long time and was greeted by the following page.

I spent a good amount of time looking for a way to access my profile - it's far from obvious and doesn't follow the conventions used on the majority of other sites. The vast majority display a menu/button in the top right of the navigation bar with something meaningful such as "My Account" or an user icon.


Don't make the user think.
