WiFi Calling

Does anyone know if there is a list somewhere of which networks have wifi calling?

I am going to be looking for a new SIMO deal soon but it is essential that it has wifi calling as I spend a lot of time places where there is no signal but wifi.
I will be using an unlocked phone (But I can flash on network specific software if it needs it as I have done to get wifi calling working on three currently)

Vodafone, EE, BT and iD Mobile are the ones I am aware of.

Do note though that only certain phones may be supported, check each one out carefully.

BT, EE, Three and ID Mobile also support SMS over WiFi Calling assuming you have a compatible device.

Thanks, I very rarely use texts as WhatsApp is easier to use. But good to know.

I have used the three intouch app but strangely it asks to connect to mobile data before using the wifi, this is daft because I want to use wifi precisely because I don't have a mobile data signal, how can they design such a stupid system!!

Vodafone are supposed to be going to have the sms issue fixed sometime this summer.

Also, be aware that only Three allow PAYG users to use it, as far as I know.

EE allow all contract users with a compatible handset.
Vodafone only allow some contract users and have a really small number of phones that can use it.
I don't know what the qualifications to use it on o2 though.

Not all wifi calling compatible phones will work on EE. All compatible phones purchased directly from EE will and there is a list of those purchased elsewhere that "should". ;)

My locked to and branded EE phone purchased from Tesco will not but MrsM's same model genuine EE stock purchased new from an EBay seller does.
