Is he on the electoral roll? Does it show across all 3 files?
Does his bank account show on all 3 files?
Does he have a mobile phone contract? Does this show on all 3 files?
Is his Vanquis credit card showing on all 3 files?
Get him to ask Halifax to upgrade his bank account from a basic one to a normal current account.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards. For example, if you live at "Flat 1A, This Road, This Town, AB12 3CB" but your address is shown on one or more things as "Flat 1A, This Building, This Road, This Town, AB12 3CB" this could explain why some of his information is missing from some of the reports. (Or the credit reference agencies will regard these as separate, linked addresses, and will therefore view your partner as having credit accounts at more than one address, which doesn't look good.)0
