Moving on from off topic tax nonsense, the recent Chinese phones are great but you do have to consider import taxes and if the phone fails, feedback seems to be the manufacturers aren't great at fixing them.
My recommendation would be the Moto previously mentioned or a Nokia 5 or Nokia 3. Both won't perform like a OnePlus 5T but then they are a fifth of the price and don't have a fifth of the performance.0 -

Why would you pay DHL £20 to deliver your phone when you can get it delivered for free using the standard postage? It would be less than £150 then.
