So as the Google maps place me at the pub/car park, I'll be able to use that against NTC, as it's 7 minutes from when I parked to get change?

BWLegal are not that clever with an LBA and there is a copy and paste response to this ...... OH NTC will not like that ????

The council would be a good place and at the same time find out if NTC has planning permission for their signs

Do you have the copy and paste link for bw legal? I have the SAR details link but can't find an initial response.

So somehow BW Legal have been able to find my email address and are now emailing me? Shall I respond and if so what shall I say? Or shall I still ignore until I receive LBC? Any help would be much appreciated.

Letter of claim received on the 12th December but dated the 7th! How convenient.... do I reply to the actual reply form they have sent me or what's the best cause of action here please?! Tia.

Can you do me a favour please, I need to you to find the letter marked "Notice to Keeper" and tell me how much it is asking for, then I need to you check the letters from the debt collection company and the solicitors and tell me how much they are asking for in their letter.

From what I remember (notice to keeper letter at work) was £100. Bw legal is £160 for debt and initial legal costs, £5.08 est interest £25 est court fees £50 est sols fees so £240.08 in total?
